We’re on a mission to redefine what it takes to put every BA scholar on a path to success, and we’re doing it with a dedicated and energized team of growth-minded professionals.
BA staff members benefit from a year-round academic calendar that provides adequate downtime throughout the year for educators and other employees to refresh, recalibrate, and refocus.
Because we’re serious about professional development, our teachers receive 20 days of dedicated training annually, and we start each day with Morning Huddle, an opportunity to discuss critical topics or classroom challenges and receive guidance, techniques, and tools for improvement.
Just like we’re breaking the mold in the classroom, we’re creating habits of excellence within our school community to support the professional aspirations of every person on our team. It’s an essential element in our growing culture of CAN.

Candidates who are considered a strong match will be invited to complete a pre-recorded interview using SparkHire. You also may be asked to submit a video demonstrating your job-specific duties (e.g., teaching a class or leading a feedback session with a teacher).

The final step in our hiring process will be to schedule an interview with our talent acquisition team. This face-to-face meeting will give you an opportunity to explore Hartsville, meet our leadership team, and confirm your fit with BA.
