I was drawn to Butler Academy because of its dedication to ensuring that all students are given an equal opportunity to succeed through individualized instruction, multiple learning strategies, and positive feedback to help them develop successful learning approaches and confidence in their ability to succeed. As a child, school was often a struggle for me, therefore, I closely identify with giving students that extra boost to help them become productive learners.
