We invite you to support classroom learning with essential items from our growing BA Wishlist.
School Supplies
Sometimes we all need a little help from our friends, including when it comes to purchasing school supplies. Our families and teachers welcome your generosity to keep our scholars and classrooms equipped with essential learning tools.
If you’re interested in providing supplies indicated in the list below, you can bring them to the BA Office during the school day or have them shipped directly to BA from Amazon. Thanks in advance for helping to make quality instruction possible.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are grateful for volunteer support, from arrival and dismissal activities to meal delivery and special fundraising projects. If you have a particular skill you can share, let us know!

Visitor Policy
Families, friends, and supporters of Butler Academy are encouraged to visit the school during designated event and meeting times and are always welcome to schedule individual meetings with teachers and administrators. Unless prior written approval from a Leadership Team member has been granted, visitors should not visit classrooms during instructional hours to limit the disruption to our scholars and teachers.
All visitors must check-in at the front office, including family members, vendors, and volunteers. A state-issued driver’s license or identification card must be available and scanned into the Raptor Technologies Visitor Management system. All visitors must wear a visitor’s badge, including volunteers.
Our front buzzer/security door is the only door to obtain entrance into BA is our front buzzer/security door. Visitors who do not follow our building security/visitor’s policy will be asked to leave immediately. If any visitor displays behavior endangering scholars, using inappropriate language, threatening others in the building, etc., Butler Academy reserves the right to remove them.
